Sales Strategist · Systems Thinker · Busy AF Builder

24 years of sales.
Multiple industries.
One repeatable process.

I'm Lorren Booher (LOH-ren). I've spent 24 years in sales across retail, B2B, real estate, corporate sponsorships, photography, videography, and more. Different products, different customers, different industries. The fundamentals never changed.

I built the Busy AF toolkit because I needed it and it didn't exist. Affordable. Realistic. No guru energy. Built in the margins of a full life, for women doing exactly that. Everything here is something I've used myself, used inside my businesses, or would hand to a friend who asked me where to start.

Lorren Booher, sales strategist and business builder
“I built this because I was tired of watching smart, capable women buy into complicated, expensive, overhyped systems that require a marketing degree, 40 hours a week, and the personality of a TikTok influencer.

The real story

I'm not teaching from an ivory tower.

I've spent 24+ years in sales and business development across more sectors than most people work in a lifetime. Retail. Banking. B2B. Consumer sales. Corporate sponsorships. Real estate. Property management. Marketing. Visibility. Photography and videography. Each one different. Each one confirming the same thing.

I hold a Master's in Mass Communication from the University of Florida, the science behind how people communicate, decide, and buy, studied before everyone called it digital marketing, and a Bachelor's in Business Management and Organizational Leadership.

“Business doesn't happen in a vacuum. It happens in between school pickups, grocery runs, reheated coffee, and trying to remember why you walked into the kitchen in the first place.”

I co-own a photography and videography production company with multiple seven figures in lifetime revenue. What started as a full-service creative production business organically grew a lucratively niche branch in youth sports. As our family grew, we made the deliberate choice to pivot: stepping back from client work to be present parents, watching from the sidelines instead of from behind a lens. We still operate on a referral-only basis with clients loyal to us for years. That kind of freedom doesn't happen by accident. It happens by design.

Why this exists

What I couldn't find, I built.

I kept looking for the version of this built for someone like me. A busy professional with real responsibilities, limited hours, and zero patience for advice that only works if you have unlimited startup capital and a content team.

I've coached sales to business owners for years, even when I wasn't formally doing it inside a corporate setting. I've consulted. I've freelanced my expertise. I've been the person people call when something isn't converting and they can't figure out why.

I've climbed corporate ladders. I've led teams and managed people. And I've intentionally climbed back down more than once, because it turned out I was better at selling than babysitting. Also turns out selling paid better.

Now I'm putting it all together in the digital space, so you can capitalize on it without going into credit card debt and kicking yourself for it later. This will evolve into bigger things. But we're starting here, because the normal busy AF woman needs a simple roadmap. Tell me what to do and why. That's it.

My own social media pages are newer and still growing. I've spent years managing other people's visibility so well that I never prioritized my own. Until now. You're catching me at the beginning of that chapter, which means you're early. That's a good place to be.

The honest version
“Most digital products are just someone else's with a pretty Canva doc, because the inexperienced sell a pipedream and hope it works. I'm actually credible, educated, and I know snakeoil when I see it. Have I fallen for it? Yep. Have I reverse-engineered it and made it better? Bet your ass I have.”

I coach sales to business owners. I've been doing it for years, formally and informally. I've consulted. I've freelanced my expertise. I've been the person in the room who makes the thing actually convert. The difference between what I'm offering and what most people are selling is simple: I've done the work across real industries with real stakes, and I know the difference between a system that works and a shortcut dressed up in blush pink.

This toolkit exists because the busy AF woman doesn't need another 47-module course or a $2,000 program from someone who learned it last Tuesday. She needs a real starting point from someone who has actually built things. That's what this is.

Why listen to me

The background behind
the business advice.

Master's in Mass Communication
University of Florida. The science of how people communicate, decide, and buy. Studied before everyone called it digital marketing.
Bachelor's in Business Management
Organizational Leadership. The practical side of how businesses function, scale, and stay operational.
Multiple Seven Figures Built
Co-owner of a photography and videography production company with multiple seven figures in lifetime revenue.
Sales Coach and Consultant
Years of coaching sales to business owners, consulting, and freelancing expertise, formally and informally, in and out of corporate settings.
Multi-Industry Operator
Retail. Banking. Real estate. Photography. Videography. Marketing. Visibility. Different vehicles. Same process every time.
24 years. One throughline.

The real story isn't the industries.
It's what I learned in all of them.

I've spent more than 24 years in sales. Starting at 18. Retail. Banking. B2B. Consumer sales. Corporate sponsorships. Real estate. Property management. Marketing. Visibility and content. Photography and videography. Sales coaching. Consulting. Probably a few others I've forgotten without digging through old resumes.

I've held entry-level positions. I've climbed corporate ladders. I've led teams and managed people. And I've intentionally climbed back down more than once, because it turned out I was better at selling than babysitting. Also turns out selling paid better.

Different industries. Different products. Different titles. Different customers.

Same fundamentals. Every time. Without exception.

Build trust. Solve problems. Stay visible. Stay consistent. Execute.

The platform changes. People don't.

Retail Sales
Where it started (age 18)
Real buying decisions happen when the customer has options and no obligation to choose you. Learn to earn it.
Banking Sales
Trust above everything
Selling financial products taught me that trust isn't a nice-to-have. No trust, no sale. Full stop.
B2B and Corporate
Long cycles. High stakes.
Corporate sponsorships and B2B deals require patience, systems, and the ability to speak to multiple decision-makers at once.
Real Estate
Big decisions, real lives
Helping people make one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. Credibility and clarity are the only tools that work.
Property Management
BDM systems built
Business development frameworks for property management companies. Lead generation, conversion, and retention on repeat.
Photography and Videography
Built. Scaled. Stepped back intentionally.
Full-service creative production company. Youth sports became a lucrative niche. We chose our kids' sidelines over the lens. Still running on referral only.
Marketing and Visibility
What actually converts
Managed marketing and visibility for businesses across industries. Getting seen is half the job. Converting that attention is the other half.
Sales Coaching and Consulting
The thing I've always done
Coached business owners on sales for years. Consulted. Freelanced expertise. In and out of corporate settings. Now putting it in a format anyone can use.
MLM (Briefly)
Tried it. Learned from it.
Learned what fit me and what didn't. Walked away with a clear picture of what a legitimate income path actually looks like.
Digital Products
First time. On purpose.
New territory. Building a digital product business intentionally for the first time. Applying 24 years of sales knowledge to a new vehicle. Same fundamentals.

The platform changes. People don't. Build trust. Solve a real problem. Stay visible. Stay consistent. Execute. That is the entire playbook, and it has worked in every single one of those industries.

10+ Industries. One Process.
Real proof of concept

The Etsy shop I basically ignored and what it taught me.

I opened an Etsy shop for my photography and videography business. Set it up. Listed custom sports products. Then walked away. Not as a strategy. Just as life. I was busy. You know how it goes.

The numbers below run from opening through May 2026. Not a full first year, not a full 2026 yet. Over 141 five-star reviews. Still not doing anything with it intentionally. It's just there, doing its thing.

That first year, a partial year at that: $108.96. Thrilling.

Then in 2022 it jumped to $9,648.72, most of it in Q4, including $6,402.44 in a single month. November 2022 apparently decided to clock in for both of us.

The decline after 2022 is the most important data point. Sales dropped every year. Not because online selling stopped working. Because I stopped showing up. Passive income is not actually passive. I accidentally proved both sides of that equation.

Could the shop perform better with actual attention? Absolutely. It's probably sitting on my mental to-do list right next to the 60,000-plus unread Gmail messages I'm definitely getting to someday. If you want to see what custom sports products with no marketing and zero effort look like, take a look at the shop.

These are my personal numbers, proof of concept, not an income guarantee. Your results depend on your offer, audience, consistency, and follow-through.

The real human behind this

West Virginia roots.
Florida life.
Emotionally built for sweater weather.

I was raised in a tiny town in WV with full country girl roots, but mentally I'm pretty sure I was designed for NYC. Somehow I ended up living directly on the equator in Florida instead. Three seasons here: hot, hotter, and hot as hell. Then for about seven collective business days spread across three months, Floridians put on boots and pretend it's winter. I want snow strictly for aesthetic purposes. Look at it, play in it, immediately return to climate-controlled comfort. Important distinction.

I've been in Florida since 2005. Everything that matters most happened here. College. Marriage. Babies. A life that's loud, chaotic, funny, exhausting, and fulfilling and exactly what I'd choose all over again.

Married 17 years (together for 22) to the most genuinely supportive human I know. He's calm where I'm chaos. Practical where I'm impulsive. He makes me laugh daily. I drive him crazy daily. Balance for the win.

Queen B in a full-blown boy mom household. Two boys who have made it very clear that Minecraft is a legitimate life skill and Mario Kart is absolutely a contact sport. Between school pickup, sports, vacations, kayaking, and whatever new adventure we decide on next, we are Busy AF over here. Which is exactly why this exists.

Important facts: Tacos. Spicy watermelon margaritas. Champagne. Blowouts. Chocolate in any form. Uninterrupted Target walks. Caffeine, sarcasm, calendar reminders, organized chaos, and the absolute delusion that I can get everything done in one day. Entrepreneur at heart. Probably a defect.
